Having overpaid D&B for payment of my vehicles diesel miles by a considerable sum via an auto-payment, - I applied to get a refund in october 2016, it is now march 2017 without me receiving a cent..this despite me having to prove I hadnt received a payment from them after they supposedly put monies into an incorrect bank account.
with the ongoing requests from me to resend my bank statements and having to repeat the same information over a six month period to numerous staff has left me with one conclusion regarding the intelligence and IQ of the staff that work there.Please see the blank space below!
