Many times I was hung up on and yelled over all while trying to get a defaults that had been paid in full cleared. I was Lied to about the whereabouts of the people I need on 3 occasions in 1 day and on 1 occasion another day.

I was told they were out for lunch then 10 minutes later the same person was at a meeting, 3 hours later they were not here today.

All this just for asking them to foward the correct information to other respective credit management companies.

Also every piece of paper work said $1190.00 every phone call to them had a different number. But always over $1500.00

They also informed me they had paid $78.00 to my account which I have never received.

Serious dodgy workings going on here. feels wrong, looks wrong, what they do seems wrong.

If this was me I'd be in jail for fraud.
